As logobear said using ORACLE virtual machine would work, it's easy to setup and there are lots of guides on the net to give you step by step.

Found a good youtube clip on the install of E2 on windows 10 should be nearly the same install.
should hopefully point you in the right direction.

THanks everyone. Sadly Oracle doesnt work either and Ive used a computer expert to try and install it for me.
Ive reverted back to my XP laptop and updating that to Win 7. As its only my back up computer Im not too worried.
I bought the new Win 10 laptop with the hope of running Wilcom on it and my new website sortware. I also have Corel X7 as a stand alone software so will install that as well.
