Ive costed out certain materials prior to this purchase, I havent costed 20mm acrylic, but as soon as I have a price and a chance to cut some I will let you know.Justin;119441 wrote:Laser cutter? Drop me a PM if you have an idea on prices, I'm getting what I think are very good prices and may start to sell as well.

Yes, the laser polishes as it cuts, it doesnt need flame polishing like mechanically cut acrylic.Justin;119452 wrote:Will you be able to polish?

I buy custom made cast acrylic tiles which are laser cut and have a perfect finish.Justin;119448 wrote:Do you just buy the listed blocks or get custom made?

You will have fun cutting clear acrylic with a laser mind you it does depend on the type of laser for example a CO2 laser will do nothing to clear acrylic and a 40W laser will only go about 2mm per pass and you will need a good extraction system.
