Hi sorry but total newbie but have been reading forum since last august when I got the set up so here go's set up is
Epson wf2010 sub paper and ink unknown came with package deal with ICC profile software is photoshop2 so I ve set it all up turned colour management to photoshop with ICC profile set but everything I print comes out really really dark thinking that its sub so will look different until pressed but no difference still coming out to dark, tried it on different blanks glass, keyrings, mousemats,jigsaws plain white 100% polyester using recommened times and temp ,I dont give up easily lol but ready to throw it through the window can someone be nice and not to techi please :smile:

Are you absolutely sure you are printing on the correct side of the paper?

Printing on the brighter side and got the paper set as epson matte, the one thing thats really puzzling me is the profile i am using is ricohsg2100annepaper.icm which is what they sent me with printer but its an epson printer would this make a difference and thanks for reply

Try adding a +20 brightness adjustment layer if using PS. Dark printing is a standing problem and probably stems from a non calibrated screen. Lightroom has a dial in adjustment at the end of the print module. Worth getting bespoke profile created by Paul for your current paper/printer.
