1500W Alignment Problem - HELP!!!

Hello,
From today I have an alignment problem with 1500W.
Since many of you use this printer, I wanted to have your opinion on this issue.
Practically, I have a double press.
If I try the alignment, in section # 1 I have the black square, but in # 2 and # 3 nothing.
I also cleaned the flat encoder, but no result.
I am attaching pictures of the alignment and the press that I get (double vertical line)


What could be the problem??
