Hi guys just a quickie to ask what temps and times are peolpe using to print from a SG3110 DN printer onto a heat press i had the correct temp once as it printed a perfect picture but then cant remember
the settings again. any help would be great thanks

What are you printing onto? The temp/time combination will vary a little. hot enough to sumlimate, cool enough to not damage the item.
200c or 190c is brighter than 180c, - but more likely to scorch.....no one correct answer ....
we usually do 180c for upto 2 min if only doing a few, but crank it if we have lots to do

okay thanks guys I am printing onto truepix sublimation paper onto 100% polyester shirts. I did try to print onot 50/50 % poly - cotton shirt but it turned out to be dull abd crap print
I set the heat pres at 180 c for 50 seconds but I guess its trial and error

most of the transfere happens in the first 10 or 20 seconds, but longer time allows the colours to saturate and become richer, - suggest longer at 180c
