I just take them out of the plastic bag fix the transfer and press.

I don't do anything usually although I have occasionally noticed a really tiny odd speck or two on the odd mug afterward which looks like a trapped fibre or dust strand that's taken on the colour. Not sure how you'd see it beforehand though, it adds to its hand made authenticity ;) doesn't happen often.

I mentioned the specks to my misses who said it's the jumper i had on and to wear a white t shirt, did this and no problems, apparently she discovered similar when icing cakes! The fibres of your clothing can get attracted by the static, mine was a new hoodie In this instance.

Teach you not to wear man made fibers..... stick to natural then no static (except for hair type natural fabrics)

lol, the 30% might just be in the hoodie waist band ;) But I'll wear a white cotton doctors coat from now on!

Why not wear a hazmat suit like the rest of us, I think they come in red to blend in better this time of year :cool:

I must admit that the gloves do make it more difficult for fine detailed weeding though.
