Good luck, it's easier contacting the spirit world than Subliblanks.brightday83;117664 wrote:I emailed them but as yet haven't had a reply.

I returned a mug press to Subliblanks for testing last week and was promised it would be back with me by Saturday ( Customer service has been great up until this point )
Waited in all Saturday and no mug press
Tried calling them and emailing them this week, phone line says they are closed and no response to any emails.
Have had to buy a press from elsewhere now as I have orders stacking up.
Not sure whats has happened, had high hopes for Subliblanks after watching Martin Butlers YouTube videos recommending them, now unfortunately wouldn't be able to recommend them to anybody

Okay, so here's what Subliblanks have said about the mugs...
It's common for the Dino mugs to have imperfections in them, that's why they are cheaper than the Orca mugs (wish I had known that before ordering them).
What I'm wondering now is, are the Orca mugs the same shape/size as the Dino mugs? (Because shape and size-wise I'm happy with them). If not, are BMS's Europe mugs the same shape and size? (I have been trying to find a mug that's the same shape/size as the Subliblanks ones, but so far to no avail. Although there are some great mugs out there, with excellent finishes, Listawoods and Xpres's to name a couple, I'm after a specific shape/size).
Having measured the Subliblanks mugs in diameter and height, I 'think' they are the same size/shape as the BMS Europe mugs. But it's hard to tell without seeing one. I don't know what the handle width is etc, unless I have one infront of me (they're out of stock at the moment).
