Hi I'm very new to this and I'm learning as I go.
i have a Ricoh SG2100 printer
and I'm using serif art program
when I print out on the transfer paper every thing looks red / pink when it should be grey .
ive took some pictures for you to see .
any help would be great

I think we need to start a campaign to stop supplying selling the 2100 printer for sublimation. A quick search on this forum will show you many many problems that seem to be occurring with this printer.
You mention using Serif software are you using any type of profile with the printer was a profile supplied with the printer?

Yes bin the 2100. Go buy a 3100 for £50 and swap over the Sawgrass carts quick.

Surely can't be SG carts with the 2100? or do you mean swap over to?

The SG2100 has had me near to tears for the past few days. I feel so frustrated at the colours and realise I don't have a clue what I'm doing. The reds on my prints are pink and skin colours are horrendous. I have put all my money in to this and don't have any spare to upgrade. I have been reading about ICC profiles?? Now I know I have really went in to this with my eyes shut & could cry
