Cut and Sew tshirts?

Hi Everyone,
I have been subbing for a while and recently started to dye, cut and sew my own T's.
They are great but i would like to find a better source for materials.

Currently I'm using 100% poly knits (rather lightweight) I would like to find something that looks and feels more like
traditional cotton T's but still retain A++ print quality.

Any suggestiong would be most apprectiated.
