LINE LINES LINES!!!!!!

i have flushed and cleaned the heads several times - in the print test the blue (cyan) seems to always be missing lines, there is the white ribbon marks across the entire design. please help

You'll need to give us some information to go on. Printer, inks, paper, substrate, temps, times etc.

Ricoh aficio sg2100n - ink gel pro - sublimation paper - this is just the print have not sublimated the image

Quick forum search for the 2100 printer will tell you pretty much all you need to know. General consensus is this printer is not suitable for sublimation. A few have managed to get it to work but most got for the tried and test 3110.

Yes i have searched the forum numerous times - i was one of the lucky few who couldmake the 2100n work with sublimation but the print quality is just getting worse.

had8 months of good prints, may see if supplier will take it back and allow upgrade under 12 month warranty
