Please can someone help me, my printer is banding. It's only at the top of the prints, but doesn't look professional. I've made sure the heads are aligned, and followed people's instructions and did a nozzle check. The only thing I can now think that it could now be, is that something needs wiping inside the printer. I did read a thread on here some time back, that someone said there's a piece of plastic inside the printer, that sometimes needs wiping with an alcohol solution.
But I have no idea where I would find this plastic piece, what it looks like, and what solution I need to get to wipe it clean with?
Please can someone advise me?
