printer issues 2100n ricoh

Hi

i have a ricoh alifico sg 2100n, ive read several posts about this machine and already regret my purchase, but i am stuck with this machine for a while now,

i am currently having 2 problems,

1. Reds are printing orange
2. there are 2 i want to say ribbon marks across the print!(see attachments) top and bottom. ive flushed, cleaned and positioned the heads, any ideas?

I am having the same issue with reds printing orange on a 2100N. Did you resolve your issue?

try this

when print dialogue box is open in your chosen software, select software manages colours so (photoshop manages colours) then click printer settings

detailed settings tab, choose print quality and drop down the colour profile options to and select off, then print

if this doesnt work you may need to have a colour profile built
