New SG800 printer not printing colours correctly

Hello,

I have a new SG800 printer and it's not printing colours correctly. Having installed the colour profiles I'm not sure why they are not correct, should I have a custom profile written? If so can anyone recommend anyone?

Are you using Sawgrass inks? If so you can use power driver or supplied profiles (mac) you don't need a custom profile. Get SG to dial on and check your settings assuming you've been through this twice ready? and printer is new?
