Re: Problem setting up printer (Ricoh sg3110dn) :(
Very stressful, I don't know what to do. The printer is working, I just can't connect it to my computer because I can't install the driver. I've looked on Ricoh's website, and the only files that it's downloading are readable files, and .ex_ files (not .exe).
If anyone can help please get in touch.
Thanks!

A big thank you to everyone who has tried to help me. And thanks to Zac from CityInkExpress for solving the issue for me.
I didn't have 'Winzip' on my computer, and I was downloading the wrong files. When I had initally tried to download the right file, I had done so assigning the wrong OS! When I changed the OS to Windows 8, I didn't try to download that file again.
I've created some squiggles using 'Paint', and successfully printed them , and all looks good. Obviously, as I've been told, the colours will look different on the sublimation paper to what they will look like on the mugs, so I'm now just awaiting my mugs to arrive!
Very excited!
