Ricoh power driver

Hi Guys I have a Ricoh sg3110dn sublimation printer and got it about 3 years ago, I have had to re install windows 7 on my computer, and now cant seem to download the power driver again for my printer the tick box for it on the system is greyed out and wont be installed, question is does any one have a copy on a disc or could be sent via an email ?
any help would be great thanks

you need to register again to gain access to the download.

yes thanks guys I now have managed to download the driver and its now installed but still my pictures are comming out faded though
