Royal Sovereign Calendar Press
Re: Royal Sovereign Calendar Press
Ok, from the looks of it, it looks like most folks in here are from the garment or mug industry of sorts.
Does anybody have any experience with pressing very large mouse pads?
It presents a set of whole new problems like the heat dissipation with the mouse pad-like robbing the press of quite a bit of heat, movement, weight, etc.
I'll start there for now.

Re: Royal Sovereign Calendar Press
Job for a wide format roll printer and a rotary heat press me thinks.
Re: Royal Sovereign Calendar Press
Not tried anything that heavy through our rotary press, but for the weight/movement issue, can you get a table made (or is one available for your press) to present the materials to feed horizontally, rather than it being fed in hanging by hand? (assuming that is what you meant?)
Have you got a link to the material in question - are you getting it by the roll? what thickness/weight is it?
