Does anyone have a decent source for very high res images that could be used at 36/48" wide whilst maintaining quality? Appreciate I may have to bite the bullet and buy a few stock images but wanted to ask here first ;-)

Have a look on Pixabay, they have a large range of images at different resolutions, free and with no copyright restrictions (so they claim on the home page)

Check out Perfect Resize from On1.com I've taken quite small photos and blown them up to 60" + with very little loss of quality or pixelation.

Thank for this, looks really interesting. Just looking at the canvas gallery wrap feature which makes light work out of wraps!

Have used it a fair bit for image editing and found the tile feature great for tile murals. once set up it saves each tile as an individual image, great for splashbacks etc... I've not used the gallery wrap feature for canvases but agree it could be helpful and time saving with what your looking to do....
