A4 fold, A5 pop in C5 envelope then.....?

I am sure this is simple but I am confused....not unusual!
My daughter wants to print some cards to send to friends for them to send on.
So we start with a4 card and print half, fold, this gives us A5, now add c5 envelope. We need to post it so is there an envelope size that I have missed that takes a C5 envelope?

Hi Janners,

Normally the next size envelope is C4.
You could fold one C5 envelope in half and put it with the card in another C5 envelope.

Depending on the quantity that you are looking to send, it might also be possible for you to consider either of the following:

E2 Mail lite Gold ~ 220mm x 260mm -you can add additional stiff board for added protection. This works as a large letter when under 25mm through the Post Office.
C2+ Book wrap would also pass as large letter when under 25mm.

In essence then I hadn't missed anything, there isn't an envelope that is C5 plus a bit.
