My name is Lloyd and i'm new here, so please be nice, lol.

I work full time as a customer assistant, but in my spare time, i like to make personalised items,along with my girlfriend and her mother. We recently brought a sublimation machine, and are having a few teething problems, but i'll try and post in the relevant places. If i get it wrong, i apologise in advance.

What do you mean by a sublimation machine? Is this a 3D machine?

i meant a sublimation printer. Its a printer that allows you to transfer images onto t-shirts, mugs, etc.
