Re: Smash-proof mug boxes from Subli Blanks
It takes us maybe 5-10 seconds per box to easily fold together.

Fantastic response from Longforte on this. Well done. We really think a lot of a supplier that goes that extra mile.

This looks interesting...might have to try a sample..spend so much in bubble wrap and still get damages and ebay customers can be a nightmare!

We used a longforte smash proof box two days ago for eBay order (without bubble wrap) and had positive review of mug thus arrived in great condition.

Sorry to reopen an old thread, but just looking at the price again. Even with thew 10% DSF discount, it's cheaper to get these from Subli Blanks purely because of the cost of delivery!

I'm not sure you're right about that...You piqued my curiousity about this as I go through these regularly and buy from Longforte at the moment. I've just added a bundle of 100 from Subliblanks and 100 from Longforte into my basket and I'm getting a very different result and I don't even have a discount code...Pictures attached of both baskets. Got a saving of £1.21 from Longforte...enough for a small KitKat nowadays! loltheTbird;115464 wrote:Sorry to reopen an old thread, but just looking at the price again. Try it with 500 boxes .... Subli Blanks Postage £0, Longforte Postage £30 ....
1000 boxes .... Subli Blanks Postage £0, Longforte Postage £59.90 ....
One rewards you for spending over £100, the other kicks you in the nuts harder the more you spend!

Re: Smash-proof mug boxes from Subli Blanks
I think I've tried almost every mug box now and Subli Blanks are the strongest and cheapest (bonus) I've found. We haven't had a single breakage since using them. They have saved us a fortune as you don't need bubble wrap. They also have free delivery on any order over £100.
We ran out of boxes on Friday because a staff member forgot to tell me they had brought in the last from our storage unit. When I contacted Subli Blanks, they sent 200 by next day courier and the rest will arrive on a pallet tomorrow. They still didn't charge any shipping. That's great customer service too.
We used polystyrene mailers in the beginning, just taped up. Not only were they nearly twice the price of the boxes we get now, they get mangled way too easily. I still use them if we have an order of multiple mugs going overseas, to keep the weight down. Even then they still need to go inside another cardboard box. I still remember a French buyer sending me a photo of a mangled poly box with tyre tracks on it last Christmas!
