Anybody could recommend a cheap heat press? I am starting as a hobby and would like to get a cheap one just to see how it goes. I will just do tshirts, £150 is my budget.

Thanks

I was going to put my one on here for sale, but haven't got round to it yet, you can have it for £120. It is not a branded one but has an even heat and pressure. I have had it for about 2 yrs and bought it off of ebay 2nd hand from an art student at Brighton Uni. It has served me well, so much so that I recently upgraded I was able to upgrade my press. It is a clam style NOT swing. If you are interested please PM me and I can send you some photos.

Many thanks

Hi wouldnt mention it but I had already bought a cheap heat press on ebay from a company called signzworld but I cant figure out what is causing the problem, when pressing the garment the ink in the middle of the paper transfer is not being transfered completely onto the tshirt.
You can see the ink left on the paper on that area; I am not sure if the problem is with the paper or the heat press itself; after looking close I realized that there is a rough area on the heat press's plate and it seems to be on the exact area of the paper where the the ink is not beeing completely teansfered. I am attaching some photos could some one enlight me on this? Signzworld will take the heat press back and refund me that is the reason I am looking to get some advice on cheap heat press; by the way I am using yolo SS transfer paper, could it be happening due to a faulty paper?
