I don't see why I should use 18 just because I use poly canvas. Have you seen the price canvases go for on ebay? They want everything g for nothing!!
Why would I use £300 roll of canvas?
I know there are sellers selling 18mm frames on large canvases and get bad feedback for it. I'm a top rated seller and doing well so I'm happy to stick with that

I used 300quid canvas becuase the ones i printed were sold for thousands as fine art prints for famous artists these were expected to last and were premium products. For the likes of Todd White art

scour ebay loads of cheap canvas on there
also picture master

I only use hahnemuhle and colourgen canvas now because of the weight, Dmax and gamut as my clients only want high quality prints
No real money in ebay wall art.
