Looking for prices (Tshirt print & possibly embroidery)

Hi all
Thought I would offer work here before searching the world wide web.
After some prices for the following:

1. 100 x Yellow Polo shirts, Black Logo printed over chest
2. 100 x Yellow T Shirts, Black Logo Printed over chest
3. 100 x Yellow Polo Shirts, Black Logo Embroidered over chest

4. 100 x Yellow Polo Shirts, Black Logo Embroided over chest and Black Text Printed on Back
5. 100 x Yellow T Shirts, Black Logo Printed over chest and Black Text Printed on Back

Needed for end of August, designs will be sent in any format needed (where possible)

Are they cotton or cotton/poly tees and polos and the size of print in cm please.

Printed vinyl or screen print and is logo same on both T and polos? As Arfermo asks - sizes required and note that embroidery would need digitising.
