Thanks for your help Olly, Looks like i'll need to source an ICC profile. the finish products we have both got are completely different using the same products! UK Printed Mugs looks pretty spot on to the original image sent, mine faded and cloudy ~ Tom

You have a Sawgrass supported printer, I'm assuming Sawgrass inks? If so, they need to sort this out for you. You can get the profile off their site but the Powerdriver is simply an interface to select different profiles which should work perfectly.
