Colours coming out cloudly SG400

I've been having issues with my SG400 forever when it comes to printing images, i don't normally print images and only text however today i need too for my local charity which i volunteer for.

Any idea why this is happening? the colours seems cloudly and dark kit being used.

SG400, XP4062, XP5013, XP4072A


I've tried changing the pressing pressure and nothing.
tried a range of photos and wasted a good 7 coasters

Looks like an ICC profile issue to me. You using Power Driver? We found lot of issues with our SG400 and PD4 so got an independent ICC profile which corrected our colour problems.

Yep i'm using Power Driver

All setting are correct, I've checked, double checked done it all again. it's just unbelievable. Full colour images are just becoming impossible

Email me your image (sales@ukprintedmugs.co.uk) and I will print it off on our SG400 with custom ICC onto a XP5013 (we use them) and we will see if this is the issue once and for all. Olly

Thanks for your help Olly, Looks like i'll need to source an ICC profile. the finish products we have both got are completely different using the same products! UK Printed Mugs looks pretty spot on to the original image sent, mine faded and cloudy ~ Tom
