Some of the inks were showing low and a couple have auto reset to show full again. 2 of the colours still say low and I have detail missing from prints. Attempted to reset using the button to no avail. Printer powered off/on, nozzle check confirms 2 colours are out.
Does this mean auto reset isn't working? Will I need to purge the inks through?

All the ink levels show are readings from the chip and nothing to do with the physical volume of ink inside the cartridge. The chips will reset when they need to. Is your nozzle check pattern not complete ? If so then head clean as normal...

OIK, Not sure how this could have happened, I was printing 6 A4 sheets and it happened mid-way.
3 head cleans and I'm about 75% back, will try the Printer Jockey to flush single colour through.
