Looking at Royal mails cost of £7.80 for sending a 300g+ parcel to the USA (Standard class) I was wondering if you guys have found a lower-price alternative?

Considering Economy class but that can take up-to 42 days. Any experience with actual delivery times for International Economy?

I charge £1-£1.50 over the cost of RM, so usually around £10 to ship to the States. People are happy to pay it. If they want my stuff they need to pay :)

As with Philly, 50% of my business is outside of Europe. If they like it they will pay for it. I use Royal Mail. Some of my items are £30 to buy and £20 to post.

I have roughly the same % outside of Europe. Although some times it hits 75%, makes me wonder if moving to the USA would help.
