GK Mug press - New element needs higher temp Huh?

Had very frustrating afternoon yesterday fitting brand new element to Geo DK mug press (amazing piece of kit) which wasn't easy. Then today couldn't get a mug to fully sublimate so called on their support (which is brilliant I must add). Anyway it seems that the old 180c for 3 mins 15 has to be changed to 200c for 4 mins in order to sublimate. One expects a new element to be better than the old one in terms of times and temps hey. Anyone else use one of these?
