Re: Big up to Xpres

Just wanted to give a big-up to Xpres who time and again deliver 100% with customer service. To picking up phone within two rings to providing samples on request. We asked for a sample of material two days ago and today had about 2m sample delivered! I don't know any other supplier who would offer that service especially free of delivery charge. This weeks "top supplier" position goes to them. This weeks "bottom supplier" goes to ...

I am pleased to hear this about Xpress.
half a dozen yeras ago they were aweful, - there were threads on here constantly slagging them off, but I think there was a change in management / ownership a while ago?

Listawoods for one. I am pretty sure there are many other suppliers and a lot will depend on how you approach the supplier.

Xpres are ok, but the last dealing I had with them was when I was asking about some machinery at P&P, guy was not interested in telling me about the one I asked about but instead wanted to sell me something that was about 45 grand more. Free delivery or not, I would appreciate it if they listened...
