In the mean time, did anyone have the chance to work with the ST-2030?

Hi, two weeks ago i bought the ST2030.
The machine works great, but i've some issues with the film.
I've bought the silver film (the korean kind) and they cracks every time
the machine have a preheating temperature that i've set it to 90°c and the heating temperature to 160°c for 360 sec.
so I turn on the machine and consequently the preheating, when the preheating is done i insert the blank cover in the mould and the film over it, i close the machine and i start the heating, the vacuum turns automatically on but after max 15 sec the film crack and the vacuum aspires to empty
Please someone could help me? I'm going mad with this problem

I have ST-2030 and still can't figure out the process. Don't have time to experiment at the moment.
I have wasted over 20 sheets of bestsub gold film. Only three times film didn't crack, but the final print wasn't satisfying.

I tried different preheating times/temperatures, jig temperatures and drying method/time, but stil can't find a combination that works.

How do you dry the film?
What printer and inks do you use?
Do you print 1 or 2 cases per cycle?

In the first link you showed a bigger machine that seems to be what people have been using for the last few years.
The FreeSub by sunmeta is much smaller and also uses much less power.
What is the difference in quality of these two machines?

I am currently trying to make one single case
I leave them to dry over the machine, or keep them for a while on the open machine
anyway the ink will dry by himself in max 2 min.
