Photoshop. I think the profile may be a problem have anyone got one for the B40W for the sawgrass ink as i heard this will work with my ink.

Hi. I have an Epsom s20 and a dx 4400 and had problems with blue printing purple and brown printing very red I found reducing the magenta by -10 in colour controls cured the problem. Reg

These are the pics Craig has emailed to me, my initial thoughts were that a nozzle may be blocked but Craig confirms a perfect nozzle check, what do you guys think?

There's a lack of blue in the print (presume bottom image is print and top image is from screen?).

Without a profile then only thing to do is increase cyan and magenta a little in the Epson driver section. Say both as you need blue, not cyan so you need more cyan and a little magenta. How much though is trial and error.

for me this picture is not sharp at all! increse preasure a bit too. Also I think you forgot to mirror your art work ;) (done that 100's times)
also what time r u using to print mugs ?
