Sublimation errors

Sometimes I get these issues even after I convert to bitmaps and chose 300dpi and it is dead center of the page size? I still print and turns out fine, just wondering why I get these, but not all the time. I'm using Corel Draw x7 with Powerdriver v4 Windows 7 Ultimate.

Try looking at the image in wire frame mode, sometimes I find that there are items outside the page area that are not part of your drawing. Usually happens when I use the touch pad and not the tablet.
On the 96dpi I get that that when I am sent images from customers that they found on the web.
