Well I ordered a small batch of Jigsaws and coasters from Coralgraph back on the 13th April to try out...Still not arrived.. Just fired them a message stating that they are not instilling confidence in me to make a bulk purchase ..estimated delivery was for the 18th, Now a full week on from that date and still not here.. :frown:. I think any future business will be going elsewhere... Although it was free pnp via eBay what actually makes their parcels/packages slower??.. I have ordered at least 18 items from different suppliers since then and all arrived timely.. I Dunno.

I understand you completely. I am not sure what is going on with them apart from perhaps they have been over run wth orders from DSF premium members since offering discount code. Our last two orders this month have both had money refunded as stock wasn't available even though stock figures on web site were healthy. Henry kindly sent us some new bone mugs the other day to trial they are getting in but we buy a certain 8oz from them and had no response (from numerous emails) as to when these certain ones will be back. My recent post on CG is here:

Others apparently can get through to Henry (perhaps a one person company) via telephone but we've tried to call over a dozen times these past two weeks and no pick up.

We really like some of their products and prices but if a supplier cannot supply then one does tend to move on.

Yeah I agree, When they first started putting themselves/Himself out there a few years back I used to purchase from them and never really had a problem. They do a few nice items and prices are pretty fair.... if only you could get ya hands on em

I have got through to them everytime, phoned them a couple of days ago about stock of 30x20cm photo slates & they were very polite & helpful, also have response from emails usually within a couple of hours.

Does seem strange. I have always had the phone answered if I call them or emails answered same day. Always been good from my point of view. Pricing is always fair as well and you don't feel anything is over inflated.

So here is an update. ...Still no appearance of the said items .. Messaged via ebay to cancel the items as it was a lot of Hassle... I then get a message on Wednesday stating that Coralgraph had re-sent the items to me on a '24hr signed for basis'... It is now Friday afternoon.. of a Bank Holiday weekend and the items have not arrived.. Now for me to not get the 1st order is Unlucky...for me to not get a 24hr signed for package is More than unlucky!!.. Henry messaged me to say they had re sent them and apologised that Royal mail sometimes messes up.....I have put in the Number they gave me to track and Guess what!... Nothing comes up... I will definately be taking business elsewhere.. annoyed.com

The last box of white 11oz mugs I opened from Coralgraph had 11 broken out of 36. I won't be buying these mugs from them again.

To be fair then this was probably a courier fault rather than CG. We have never had one broken from CG although had a box of broken mugs from Xpres the other day. It is all down to customer service though and with Xpres (because they use DPD/Interlink) then after courier noted we were not going to accept them (box was rattling) I had a phone call within minutes from Xpres apologising and they resent out more for next day delivery. Now that is great service.
