I'm having problems with darker blues/purples/blacks for sure but this one had a light pastel orange at the bottom and it still went wrong. I did a mug before and after the messed up ones which were darker and they worked. Very strange!

Yes, that's the mug. For ourselves (recommended to us by Justin) then the Xpres mug is great although not sure about long term dish washer usage as Xpres state "resistant" up to 800 cycles. RN coated (from BMS) are meant to be the best quality coating and will not fade over time. Therefore if a client just "wants a mug" that will look vibrant and not too bothered about long term usage then Xpres are cheaper and still good quality.

Its seems like a common problem. I keep getting a slight fade on corners myself even though I leave a healthy gap between the edge of the design and the handle, more noticeable on darker colours of course. With the amount of variables like press/printer/mug/paper/ink its a case of trial and error. Im just starting myself and Im pretty much writing off the box of Dino mugs Ive got as tests. Its really making me re-think when Im creating my own designs as anything text based comes out fine.

I've just completed a box of the Signzworld "ORCA" mugs and had no issues with any of them using truepix
