Looks like you have been using normal ink jet ink and not sublimation ink.

When you make a print on to the sublimation paper with sublimation ink it will look crap on the paper... faded and well off colour. It's not till the ink gets heated that it will change to the correct colours.

That yellowy colour is typical of people trying to use normal ink jet inks.

Open your printer and look at the ink cartridges. Are they just black or do they have SubliJetR written on them? If they are just black then very likely the ink isn't sublimation ink.

It`s a multifunctional 8 in 1 heat press and I tried all the time and temperature that I found on the forum.the one with the dog has beed in at 204c for 360sec.ive pre heated the mugs as well although didn't need as the temeparature dropped only 2c when I`ve placed the mug.as for the printer settings I am using a conde icc profile.can the mugs make so much difference as they are 1pound mugs from ebay?or the subli ink I am thinking maybe not the right consistency?i don`t know....

Are you 100% sure you have subli inks in 3110? Did you get gel inks in the box as well? Maybe your mugs aren't properly coated. 180c for 180secs is a good starting point.

You say you replaced the Gel Inks with the Refill Inks you purchased. Did you ever put the gel ink cartridges in the printer?

is the paper in the right way? it may well be the inks, £40 for a set, genuine sawgrass ink is around £40 per colour. use 1 mug with a part image on it, and write the times down on it, before you press, then you can use 1 mug several times
