Re: looking for a DTG partner in Durham

Post by FutureProject »

we get a lot of requests for stuff we just can't print so wanting to turn down less jobs by partnering up with someone who can do DTG.

Ideally I'd like to be able collect so Durham is ideal, surrounding areas will be fine if there's no-one close suitable.

Thanks
Andrew

from the impression i get, DTG is a science not an art ..... and different for every garment type/brand/weight so users simply cannot offer a farm out service without experimenting on new garment types.

it's the designs I can't print, the garments are pretty irrelevant to me aside from they need to be decent quality.

People come to me any say can I have this on a t-shirt I wanna say yes instead of that's too complicated / too many colours for my machinery.

look at the Oki 711w from the magic touch
there are other suppliers (Forever) but I think theur RIP software is best.
cost per garment is comparable with dtg but you can also use it on polyester/nylon etc

Just as good as DTG.

Many people think that DTG has the same durability as screen print, it doesn't and there are some that are as low as 20 washes
