We love Coralgraph. We buy lot of things and now they are offering 10% off we love them even more. BUT we can't get any communication back from them when we have a question. They never answer phone nor do they reply to emails. It is difficult to run a business when clients ask questions about products but suppliers don't like to communicate. Anyone else having problems at the moment with them? Vent vent vent.

I like to use emails, gives me something I can go back and check :-) Coralgraph sent me a camera the other day, very kind....but I ordered refillable carts! haha. I phoned them, answered immediately, sent me carts the next day, sorted.

Maybe I was lucky getting the phone answered!

Lucky indeed. We have called them perhaps 6-7 times over past two days and emailed. Nought. Nothing. Zero. We just want our damn camera delivered

I must be honest and say that every time I have emailed with a query, Henry has always replied within half a day at the most, and occasionally within the hour. Perhaps he is away, although someone else should reply.

I have heard mixed reviews about Coralgraph, but then someone purchased from them recently and asked me to print the items. I was a tad worried about doing it as they had only purchased one of each item and some reviews of their blanks products are not favourable to say the least.

However, I phoned them, Henry answered straight away, got times and temps and I subsequently printed the items. The results were some of the best results I have seen for the items printed.

Hopefully UK you are just unlucky with the times that you have called. Perhaps try 9.10 in the morning before most people are awake!

Thankfully Henry got back to us last night by email although the news wasn't good. An item we purchased and liked by a client is now out of stock until end of May. We do buy lots from CG and indeed the products we have sourced from them have been very good. Just the comms is lacking (this isn't the first time). I must admit that we do find it highly frustrating when suppliers cannot supply. Friday vent.

I agree, supplier communication is essential. Hopefully it is a blip with Henry for yourselves as it seems that most have had a good experience with them.

Out of interest what is the item, there may be other suppliers who "we" might know of who can help.

Only one other supplier I think has them (BMS) but are more expensive. Goodbye profit margin! They are the 60x30 white microfibre towels. I know they are just 100% polyester and normal companies may sell them but this size is important and zero luck trying to find others buying same stock in from China.

Why not give Martin @ BMS a call?

He is a reasonable man and may be open to doing a deal. Particularly if you are looking at a decent quantity

Yes indeed. Will have good idea of quantity after midday meeting when we head to our largest retailer later this morning. Hence why we are suited and booted and wondering if at my age I should be able to do a Windsor knot as opposed to old skool knot!
