complete noob in need of help with mug press

Hi Everyone, Just wondered if anyone could help me out with some issues I'm having with my new mug press.
The problems are as follows -
1. Images are printing faded and not very crisp ( slightly blurry in fact)
2. Colour problems such as black prints more like dark grey, red is more like pink and blue prints out as lilac/purple
I am using an EPSON WF-2010 printer with ink from a company called C.EYE (that's what it says on the bottles)
and an ARTECH MP160 mug press.
If anyone can help please as I have wasted around 20 mugs already :frown::frown::frown:....
Also is there any dedicated software to help with product templates as I was thinking of going in to other products if I can get the problems sorted.

Do you have a profile supplied by the seller? Not inks I've ever heard of so you may be on a road to nowhere right now. Lots and lots of threads on here discussing the merits of taking a supported route.

What do you mean by profile ? is that for from in supplier or printer manufacturer ?
sorry for my ignorance , I told you I was a NOOB........lol

You need a profile to tell the printer what colour to print with your inks, without it nothing will come out right.

You can get a custom profile made (Paul on here can do that)
