Do the metal jigs/moulds expand over time? All of a sudden my 5s blanks won't fit on.

Case or jig? I have both spare. However how are you printing them? Times, temp and machine.

P.S. I will not be able to send anything until next week as I am just off on a short break

A case would be great in case the new ones are the same as the old ones.
I preheat the jig then press for 1'50 at 180.
The cases i have at the moment wont go on the jig cold either.

That's not right as they should fit cold. PM me your address and I will send a few as soon as I am back. If you can get them on then try printing with just the top oven on. So pre heat a jig for 30 mins ish then 180 degrees for 6 minutes. Some cases prefer that method.
