PowerDriver not printing with SG 3110DN

Hi all,

I'm having problems printing using PowerDriver v4.2. I have a Windows 8 PC and I'm using Corel Draw - if I send the image directly to the printer using the Ricoh driver it works fine but if I sent to PowerDriver it just sits in the print queue.

Have tried uninstalling all the software and drivers accodingly but always get the same result on re-installation.

Any help greatly appreciated

I had the same problem with my Sawgrass SG400 & no matter how I tried I just could not get it to print from the PowerDriver. I phoned Sawgrass & one of their people sorted it out. He used the remote thing to operate my PC & he found a hidden file where all the prints were going too & queuing up. Once he had deleted the file all was good & the printer started printing from the PowerDriver.

yep another vote for calling the sawgrass technical lads as well.

Yeah but don't mention the "P" word to SG. The one that ends in "atent". Otherwise you may find comms suddenly get cut short

quite often the driver installes twice and you need to adjust the powerdriver to send to the other printer.

Thanks for your suggestions; Sawgrass were able to assist - something to do with the drivers.
