PowerDriver paper size

I'm trying to add a new paper size on my PowerDriver, but once I've added the details and exited, it doesn't seem to be there when I go back in.
If I add it again it tells me the file exists, so it's there - but where!

Pulling my hair out so appreciate any help!

Its a pain make sure youve picked the same paper type and settings . The driver is pretty badly written.
