The amount of sublimation ink being sold on Ebay (and staying there) has increased dramatically since the '907 patent expired a year ago.

There is ONE IP lady who looks at all the infrigements just because theres lots there does not mean its legal !! Theyve just not been caught, as my message and ebay removal is testament to. The lady at Sawgras is called Laura she works from the USA and not only monitors ebay but many many other sites and misses a lot of ads especially on ebay uk and germany etc. But res assured if she sees them they WILL be removed if you persist EBAY WILL cancel your account. You can argue till youre blue in the face Sawgras hold all the cards wether we think its right or wrong at present theres nothing we can do about it.

I sell a HUGE amount of sublimation inks and Im sure some is not used in wide format but I tell all my clients its only for 42inch and above , if they lie to me I have to take that risk .Im also an Epson authorised Engineer and have seen the consequences of bad chinese inks both sublimation and pigment , ps I convert a lot of pigment wide format into sublimation printers .
