Re: Blurry print
Try opening the file and copy the layers to a new document. Sometimes the file can get a weird corruption that produces spurious results with the printer. Had one last year that generated a red line half way down the page. Copy to new fixed it.
Re: Blurry print
So I flushed the head, cleaned the nozzles but still prints bad. But I still don't think it's the printer as the printers test page is fine? I'm running out of ideas
Re: Blurry print
Do you have this issue with any other document in ps?
what about when you create a new 300 dpi file and just add a text line and shape?

Re: Blurry print
I created a doc with a different font which printed not as crisp as I would like.. but then I printed the fonts I used in my image on a fresh new document and they were still blurry!
