Hi Jeff,
I got a chromablast system a few weeks ago from Martin. It's still boxed as we ran into a few problems sorting out the shop.
I hope to get it up and running in the next few days though so I will keep you posted if you want? Quite excited myself!

Re: chromablast system ...transfer sheet wanted
Someone gave me a tee that had been printed up with the Chromablast system, for evaluation. The 'overprint' from the process was quite prominent but I was assured that most of this would disappear with the first wash. At the time I didn't feel I could present a product to the customer that needed washing to look its best, nor did the prospect of washing and ironing the shirts myself appeal much either.
On another forum someone had tried Claria inks with Chromablast paper and reported good results with no fading. I was going to try that out with Durabrite type inks, but didn't want to invest in a full pack of Chromablast paper to experiement with.
It's a shame that a true sublimation type ink doesn't exist for printing onto cotton. Sadly polyester has an association with old ladies dresses that is difficult to shake off.

We always suggest that people describe Vapor tees (entirely accurately) as "spun microfibre" to avoid this!

I tend to use Subli-T's as the I can use the pure cotton inner as a good selling point.
Although I wear the Vapor Backcountry tees myself, the pricing structure on them currently puts them at more than twice the price of high quality Gildan cotton tees, which all has to be factored into the final retail prices. I can only really utilise them in very high end designs, as the moisture wicking qualities doesn't really have any impact with non sports folks.
