are we missing sawgrass power driver polyester fabric profile?

Hi all. Just started out sublimating using our sg800 printer and power driver. We think we are missing a profile from the dropdown list of substrates for polyester fabric. The sawgrass website mentions there is one but we cant find any way to download or where it could be hidden in the power driver. We also tried using creative studio but its the same printer settings...

Any idea where we can be going wrong as our colours are very faded looking and i think this could be a major factor....

if colours are faded I doubt its the profile as all they do is increase the ink weight slightly. bypass the sawgras driver and try with a icc profile use the standard icc from sawgras and the standard ricoh driver at the end of the day its a std ricoh printer .
