How would you print this?

DTG is crap for work wear washing at 60C bye bye logo fine for low temp use and recreation.

Soldark do a clear but then you get the clear between the rest of the graphic if you don't weed and as the OP said you would loose the punch of the colours without the white backing on dark materials.

Laser print WoW or SunAngel would do it easy BUT both succumb to washing over 40C or tumble drying and will then crack up hardly noticeable on non stretch material but CRAP on stretchy material.

I agree. Vinyl is on the edge at 60deg too.

Firstly, those logos should be OK to weed. Sometimes it can be down to the pressure you are cutting with your Roland. Put a new ROLAND blade in and mess about with very small dots to get the perfect weed. Secondly, have you tried applying to the application tape before weeding? It is stronger than the Soldark backing, you may find that better for "dot retention".

If that fails then I suggest you contract out the logos to someone who uses The Magic Touch WOW papers. They are a no weed transfer system suitable for dark garments. There are other papers out there which I have not used but will probably work just as well..

Thanks all. The small dots are around 1mm in diameter so they're not staying on any vinyl. We do back week and have tried medium and high tack. I've removed the dots that don't stay on the vinyl (the cut fine, it's not a bn20 cutting problem) and produced them on 123 premium. Testing both 123 and BN20 on the simplified logo, the 123 wins. It's a faff as having to double press. I think next time we will embroider this front logo and print the rest...

hi there.. Do you use the Wow papers? I'd love to try a sample of one of these printed on a no weed paper. When choosing what to buy we seriously thought about the OKI White but went for the BN20 for the variety of products it can produce ..
