I am looking to get the adkins mug press, but looking at new one they are £395, keeping my eye on ebay though, yes there seems to be a lot of important factors to producing good clean vibrant images on mugs, cant wait to start experimenting, So far have only bought a ricoh and the sub inks and a cameo, so have been practicing with vinyl and light and dark transfer paper, and getting good results, current problem is icc profiles, my ricoh prints like a dream but the colours are wrong, my inkjet colours are perfect but is banding and missing parts, done a whole cartridge of coloured ink putting it through head cleans , but no blocked jets so real confusing, may just buy a another as ink jets are pretty cheap, but reliability is so crucial. good luck to you as well.
