Double check the print, I thought I had marks from the mug press on a large print run but it was the edge of the paper picking up ink on the edge. Once I found this I could trim it oiff and no problems

Hi i'm so sorry to jump in but i'm also having problems with powerdriver of a slightly different nature and wondered if you could help me too? I've only just bought the set up second hand and got a ricoh 3110 using sawgrass inks my mugs seem fine but just did an iPhone cover for someone its a picture of springer spaniels and the brown head is coming out red/brown and and the grass has a yellow tint - I searched on the internet found someone recommending using powerdriver so went onto sawgrass, registered, downloaded power driver followed all the instructions to do a document in corel using powerdriver but as soon as I send to print my printer says something about change paper size tray 1 IJ custom size - my document is A4 my paper is A4 - I've tried just changing paper size on the printer but it keeps doing the same error - any suggestions ? sorry again to jump in on this post but desperately want help
