Is it possible to print a 90mm x 210mm strip using borderless on the Epson 1400? tried to set it up but looks like it's below the required dimensions.
We've touched on printing 'to size' before and discussed the pros/cons, it would certainly save me some time if I could print onto ready cut paper.

Re: Mug Printing - Print onto ready cut paper
I seem to recall when I last looked into borderless Epsons (back when I could afford to fill up my R1800), the borderless mode only operates for specific known paper sizes.
The reason for this is that it isn't borderless, it's overspray. The ink oversprays the paper and is caught in the sponges below the printhead path of the carriage. There are certain areas of no-sponge (plastic to support the paper) which don't want to be sprayed with ink because it'll ruin your next sheet. For this reason, the Epson driver only supports certain fixed paper sizes.
There's no real reason why you couldn't cheat, though. Set your 90x210 image on an A4 template with the print at the top, then feed in the paper wide-edge first. Then tell the print driver that you're printing A4 borderless.
Trial and error would see you through, I'd think. Just be wary of possible print distortion due to the borderless option.
