Hello there, i am also using the BMS European mugs with the bubble wrap. Which smashproof boxes are you using? Thanks:) Nick

Hi Nick. Oddly I only ordered some more smash proof boxes this afternoon for the BMS mugs! The best boxes we find are from subliblanks:
http://subliblanks.com/Consumables/100x ... ping-Boxes

They are cheaper (by a few pennies) directly through their web site rather than their eBay shop AND they prioritise (they stated this to me today) all web site orders so if you want Next Day delivery then buy through web site as eBay Express may take longer for them to process.

We have never had one breakage using these boxes and of course wrap the mug back in the bubble wrap the BMS mug came in.

I use the smash proof boxes from subli blanks and I have to admit I have broken a mug when dropping it from head hight onto a tiled floor, I have yet to have any arrive broken to a customer though when using these, I have had a couple come back to when the customer hasn't picked them up from the sorting office and you can see they were all dropped/mishandled as at least 1 corner on them has been bashed. None of the returns were broken though.

The only thing about the poly boxes that I have never had a customer ask me if I use them because that's the way they want them sent, I have on the other hand had a few ask me if they come in a proper box so they have something to wrap it in.
